Salon Cancellation Policy At Rose Beauty , I value my clients and strive to provide exceptional service. In order to maintain the quality of our services and accommodate all clients, I ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: I kindly request that you provide at least 48hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients. 2. Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost will apply. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to ensure that we stay on schedule for other clients. Late arrivals may be subject to a partial service charge. 5. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance that prevents you from making your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so I can discuss potential exceptions or adjustments.
